exercise and gym routine?? any buddys?? :)

Hey yall,

Used to be a gym guy during college... got out of college... slacked off.. gained about 75 pounds... i want to work it off to help me regain my fitness as well as get a kick start to heading towards starting my career//

ive forgotten almost every exercise there is ... besides the basic machines... those get boring though...

i would love to find someone/ a group of people that can help create a exercise plan and kind of explain exercises...
