I guess it's time to do a short intro. I've been on here 101 days and lost 11 pounds so far. I decided to eat better and started going back to the gym about 8 months ago. I figured it was time to join my wife in her healthier lifestyle. She has worked hard over the past couple years and lost over 100 pounds.
I really don't want to lose any more, but now want to gain so muscle and put a few pounds back on. At 6'6" I can carry it fairly well.
Anywhoo....that's why I'm here. Any questions, just ask.
