I'm Shelley from Portland.
I joined MFP quite awhile ago, but did not started logging and religiously following my goals until March.
I've lost 19 pounds so far, and hope to follow through to under 200 pounds.
I'm still a bit confused about the 'eating back' exercise calories. I swim laps and do water aerobics twice a week for a total of 4 hours. It just seems that MFP way overestimates the calories burned. Does anyone else feel this way?
Do you eat the full allotment given to you?
I love reading all the success stories here- they really help with motivation.
