MFP's tracking and input are quite simple. I'm seeing things I've never seen before. E.g. I'm rarely in the six main categories of calories through sugar--except for frequently being over, way over, in sodium! That can affect other elements of bodily chemistry, organs, and weight retention, to my knowledge.

Other motivation to be here and track intakes is the sleep doctor said in the last appointment that when I lose a further 10 lbs. I will not ameliorate but rather will cure my sleep apnea. Health in general, and appearance in general (note moniker).

    Glad you're here! I'm often over on sodium most days by a lot and I know that I eventually need to curtail that somehow. I'm only 23 and I don't wanna health problems from that now or later on.
