    Welcome. I have been on MFP for almost 4 months. It's the best decision I have made in many years. I have lost weight with diets many times before, but it was never a lifestyle change.     Hey, welcome to MFP, Tally! You'll get used to it once u start logging on everyday to keep track of the foods u eat and the exercises u do. It's pretty easy. I think this is something everybody needs, no matter how much they weigh. If u think ur already fit, well u can use this to maintain ur fitness. And if u think u need to be more fit, this is an excellent place to start and to keep urself motivated. Honestly, MFP is what keeps me motivated these days. Well, good luck to u and welcome again! :)
