Hello Everyone!

I'm new from Simi Valley, CA. This is a great app I found on my iPhone and I'm so excited.

I was hoping to meet other people near me and walk together and keep one another inspired to stick to the plan.

    Welcome. I have been on MFP for almost 4 months. It's the best decision I have made in many years. I have lost weight with diets many times before, but it was never a lifestyle change.
