This is my first time committing to a workout regiment along with monitoring my intake. I just started the phase 2 of P90X that my coworker turned my onto. I am 31 years old and never really had any weight issues but, I've been noticing that my clothes have been getting tighter and tighter. With my friends upcoming wedding on 01/01/11, I decided that this would be a great opportunity to get back in shape and commit to a long term goal. My motivation is like a roller coaster but, the results are definitely starting to show which is keep me on track to my goal. I've gone down from a size 36 waist to a size 33 since I've started (and not muffin toppin it).
