Think I about to hit the sack and try to sleep for a few hours. I have a hard time sleeping though usually. Takes me forevahhhhhh and a day to fall asleep.

Not an insomniac - just a night owl. I get my full 8 hours, just not when other people are getting theirs!

Actually, after thinking about it, I guess I'm not REALLY an insomniac...I just have a crazy schedule! :)

Hate to be stupid, but I have no idea what ZMA. Do you mind elaborating to me pulease? I am in for anything to help me fall asleep faster. I used benadryl, but my body is immune to it I think.

Same here, I started doing this night thing about 15 years ago when my daughter was 1, and that was the only time I could work. Well, my body is used to it now and whenever I try to change it to normal, I am not able to maintain. I find myself extremely sleepy in the morning to the point I cannot work. So, I stay up really late working then sleep after kids go to school. Hard to log calories on this schedule, do I count it on this day or tomorrow, lol. My breakfast is most of ya'alls dinner, etc.
