Meal Plans?

Hello everyone!

I need help deciding on healthy meal plans. I am low-income so need cheaper foods. I'm not trying to gain or lose weight but I do plan on exercising to lose my post-baby tummy (which I will be making another thread for after this!)

I would really like to start eating salads for lunch since they're quick and easy to make. The problem is I hate salad. I think it's because I eat it plain (I don't like dressings). I prefer spinach over lettuce. Can I use that instead? What can I do to make a tasty spinach salad?
