Hello! I am 6 months post-partum and want to start exercising. I wasn't very active before and definitely am not now (its pretty sad). I'm not sure where to begin or what to do. I mostly want to tone up a little everywhere. I want to try to get my stomach flat and my butt looking good haha!
I've tested myself and I think I have mild to moderate diastasis, so I've read I can't do certain exercises.
So basically, I would really like advice on an exercise regime that will help me lose the baby belly, tone up a little everywhere, while not making the diastasis worse!
Thanks! :flowerforyou:
