Food idea help

I've been here for a week and on the 3rd of next month i'm going grocery shopping. I need some low calorie filling snack and food ideas. Can someone help me? Any ideas wud be great. Thank you!

    I eat south beach diet bars, the smores one. Its a fiber fit bar, so it keeps you full longer! Its only 120 calories, and its amazingly delicious! I also eat nature valley granola thins. They are only 90 calories. Also, i get a bag of frozen mixed berries, and fat free cool whip, and put the cool whip on the berries. Its sooo good! :)
