Not trying to sell anything...to each their own. I'm just offering support which clearly is not found here
well damn.
how will you support us in this 5-day challenge?
what if we did a 5-day support challenge, where we all eat what we want, within our calorie and macro allowance, and support each other in that?
should i start a thread?0 -

What's everybody got against magic? Magic is frakking awesome! I saw a magician at my friend Jimmy Dupont's birthday party in the 3rd grade. He made Jimmy's dog disappear. He didn't know how to bring it back, but that first part of the trick was frakking unbelievable. *nods* true story0

"Clean" is so subjective when it comes to eating.
If one is a Raw Food eater, then anything cooked isn't clean
If one is a vegetarian, then meat isn't clean
If one is a Paleo eater, then grains aren't clean
If one is a organic eater, then standard grocery whole foods aren't clean
If one is a "non processed" eater, then anything packaged at all isn't clean
If someone has a goal of weight loss, the FIRST thing they should do is EAT LESS than they burn. Yes, macros and micros matter, but extreme changes in diet aren't needed to fulfill them.

I'm in.
Eating cheese for an entire day is basically living the dream for me.0 -

I am sooooo sick of the "clean eating" phrase. (flips hair, rolls eyes and smacks gum)0 -

You're a beach body "coach" which is nothing more then multi-level marketing... you are absolutely trying to sell product. What's worse, you use peoples insecurities to do so with the guise of "support". Go away...0 -
I'll sit back and laugh while enjoying some dark chocolate, ice cream, Starbucks, and pop-tarts.
Enjoy.
why when people argue against clean eating the always reference poptarts?
They are not only a terrible pastry, they are a terrible pre-packaged pastry. At least get toaster struddels or something far superior0 -
And OP de-acto'ed.0
