I just got a HRM and I love it! But I have a question for you folks who have been using them for a while. How often do you update your weight in the settings?

I set my weight to lower than it really is. The bottom of the next 10 lbs. So, if I weigh 159, I set it for 150 lbs. Then when I hit 149, I set it for 140 lbs. That way you're not having to change it constantly and you're slightly underestimating your calorie burn.0

When I lose 3 or more lbs I just adjust it before the next time I work out0
