Dinner Last Night :)

Hi all, a bunch of people were interested in my recipe for dinner last night (garlic lime tilapia, cajun shrimp, and avocado/mango/corn salad). This is SUPER simple, won't break the bank in calories, and is high in protein. The whole thing took me about 10-15 minutes.
Pour one tablespoon of olive oil into a medium and small sauce pan (each). Into the smaller sauce pan, put a generous tablespoon of minced garlic. Heat both on medium heat until the oil is more "liquidy".
While the oil is heating up, you can make the salad. Half a can of whole kernel corn, one small ripe avocado (diced), and half a mango (diced). Season with a small amount of Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime (no salt), and a small amount of black pepper. Stir together.
Once the oil is heated, throw the shrimp in the small saucepan with the garlic, season to taste with cajun seasoning. These should be pre-cooked/deveined shrimp. Let simmer and occasionally flip with spatula until fish is done.
Put the tilapia in the medium saucepan, season generously on one side with the Fiesta Lime seasoning and a small amount of garlic salt. Let cook about 2 minutes, or until fish looks cooked on one side. Flip, and cook and season to taste on other side. A good way to tell when it's finished is to stick a fork in the meatiest part of the fish, if it comes apart easily, and is white and flaky on the inside, the fish is done.
That's it! Super easy.
