Fruit smoothie recipes

Please share your best recipes for smoothies with fresh fruits and berries like pineapple, raspberries, passion fruit, peaches, bananas, mango etc. :drinker:

I am thinking about experimenting my way to some nice ones but it would be nice to have something to go by proportion wise, I'm a newbie to anything but banana/raspberry/yogurt smoothies. I usually add in some grains for extra fiber.

    An occasional one is nice, but I cut smoothies to a minimum and when you pulverize the fiber in fruits and veg (and even added grains) you don't feel as full for as long as you do when you eat them whole and feel hungry again more quickly. I want to get the most out of the calories I eat and blending (or worse juicing) loses me some of the "fullness" value. Good luck with getting tasty suggestions for an occasional smoothie though. :-)
