There are four levels to it. Are you meant to do it 7 days a week and just advance to next level after you do the 6 days in each level. Or do you do it 6 days a week with a rest day and the rest day counts as one of the 30?

I Love Jillian. What I do is Level One ( or whichever) until I have mastered it and can get through the entire rep without dying. HTH0

I wouldn't do it everyday. I would do it 5-6 days a week max, with at least one rest day. Your body needs the recovery time. Good luck with it! It's a great workout for sure!0

She actually explains this very well on the DVD. She recommends 5-6 days per week. Doing each level for 1 week.
There are 4 levels. 1 week at each level = 30 days(roughly)0
