I have been weighing a lot of my food. But for meat is the pre cooked weight that I record or the cooked weight?

Typically it is the precooked weight... However if the selection item you're using in your food journal is 'cooked/grilled/broiled' typically those are post-cooked items.0

I only use entries that specify whether it's cooked or raw (there's enough to go around that you can find an accurate one - or close enough - for almost any cut without much trouble) and then weigh my food accordingly.0
