Hi,

I recently found out about myfitnesspal!!! I am enjoying how easy it is to manage what I am eating without having to calculate calories, etc myself. I'm learning that I can't exercise off whatever I want to eat like I could in my 20s. I am fine tuning my eating habits and seeing results already!!

    Welcome Monica! I've read that you can't out exercise a bad diet but I can't seem to prove that. My weight was stagnant for a couple years before starting MFP this spring. My desire to lose weight has been stronger than my desire for extra eating. Good luck on your journey.
