One day per week at gym to lift (female) - help

I know this has probably been asked before but search didn't show much what I wanted. I'm a female working on weight loss and I'm getting back into working out and watching food after a looooong break. I'm extremely busy, full time work, kids, school 20+ hours a week for massage therapy. I rarely make it to yoga, my favorite exercise for body and mind, I try and walk/jog 2-3x a week. I want to incorporate some at home body exercises and I can hit my local rec center once per week.
What should I focus on at home and what should I focus on at the rec center for weights and body exercises? I will likely swim at the rec center in addition to weights.
I was down quite a bit and then life happened and I'm not able to take myself like this anymore. Help me with the exercise portion please! I know the food stuff - that's just working on willpower.

google convict conditioning (I think) or bodyweight exercises or go to fitnessblender.com and look through their workouts.0
