Trying hard

I recently lost 50 pounds over the summer, when I went to the Doctor I was told that I gained 10 pounds back. I am having a hard time keeping the weight off because I am not allowed to excersie right now........doctors orders. I am trying to watch what I eat but it is hard for me. I have gone from walking 6 miles or more every other day to only being able to walk a mile on a flat surface a couple times a week. It is hard for me but I am hoping that with in the next couple of months everything will turn around and I can start walking again..........and then maybe I will be able to run soon!!!!::happy:

What about swimming, biking, weight lifting, or the elliptical. There's lots of things that you might be able to do. Check with your Doc; he might be able to recommend something that will work with your situation.0
