On the right track?

Hi everyone!
I've used MFP off and on but this is the first time I'm really getting committed and want to make sure I'm on the road to success.
I'm a 23 year old female. 5'9 and 170, 28% body fat
My ultimate goal is to be around 145, I'd like to be around 150 by the end of 2014.
I'm currently trying to stay around 1600-1800 calories/day and working out with a personal trainer 2x a week (weights and HIIT), running 3-4 miles 2x a week and doing another 2 sets of weights. (This is what a good week looks like, we all know life gets in the way sometimes)
I've been at this for about 2 weeks but have barely seen a change on the scale (not sure what is just fluctuation)
Any advice or suggestions?!
