A bowl full of yummies for the tummies!!!

This no guilt bowl can be a treat or breakfast, full of nutrients and well worth it!
You can use any fruit, I had frozen blueberries. Warmed blueberries 30 sec, mashed them and added the rest. Banana is great also.

1 cup-Light n Fit Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup- Kashi Golean Crunch
1/2 cup- Blueberries

275 calories, 24g protein, 45g carbs, 2g fat, 8g fiber.

    I have made this myself with raspberries many times. It is delicious and very filling. I have never heated the fruit but I will definitely try it. :happy:

    mmm, raspberries!
    Just about any fruit can go well with this.

    I just made another one using chocolate protein powder and banana.... sooo yummy!!!
