Talk about temptation!

I am a part of a local mom's meetup group and there are a lot of pregnant moms and several of us chip in take turns bringing them dinner to help with the first crazy days.

So, I made a lasagna today. REAL ricotta, REAL mozzarella, ground beef, the whole shebang!! (She bang??!! LOL!)

It smelled SO good baking in my oven, but I just packaged it up with the Italian bread and took it over to her.

    ooooo sounds sooo good!!!! bread too....oh I'm sure you are the new hero girl!!!

    I think it was wise to get it out of the house....I know those are some of my big temptations...I hate gravy on Sunday because I want a ton of pasta....sigh...but I'm being much better and adding things like broccoli to my plate so it fills me up and I don't miss the pasta...(yes I do LOL)

    That's so funny, when I first came out to the East Coast and I heard someone saying "We are having pasta and gravy".....I was like "You are putting brown gravy on pasta?? GROSS!!".........then I had it and was like "OHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!'.

    Some people think I look a little Italian, but....nada!!! hahahaaha!
