21 Day Fix

I am only on day 2 of the 21 Day Fix and already have screwed up. UGH!!! I am to have 2 yellow containers (carbs) a day. I don't know what I was thinking but went 2 over!!! I was thinking a couple of my food items were protein but in fact, they were carbs! Has this happened to anyone? I feel terrible!!

    There's no reason to feel terrible about that. You made a mistake while you were learning a new system. You'll be just fine. We all make mistakes. People who succeed are not ones that never make mistakes. The people who succeed make tons of mistakes. They just learn from them and keep going. You've got this!

    I agree-- I'm on week 2 of 21df and I've made ALOT of mistakes. LOL I even skipped everything last weekend. not smart, but I'll just extend by 3 days and I'm moving on from it...


    It's a learning process, and two over yellow is NOT a big deal at all. Do not give up! It gets easier as you go, I promise!
