Does anyone know what (if any) is the nutritional difference between Spinach and Baby Spinach. Or between Kale and Baby Kale?
Thank you.
Thank you.

Should be the same nutritional value - it's just a smaller leaf of kale/spinach because it was harvested sooner.0

Negligible. The baby versions will be smaller (of course) and more tender.0

Thank you. I like that answer since I do prefer the baby versions of the two vegetables.0

Actually - looks like big difference in Vitamin A in favor of regular kale, although conceptually I would have through they would be really. I originally thought there would be no difference, then I logged it and was way off.
