Craving healthy food after pizza?

If you look at my previous post you'll see that I had pizza tonight:

However, now I'm back, I feel like the pizza didn't fill me up and I'm really craving some fruit and yoghurt or some vegetables or something healthy! The thing is the pizza sent me over on calories. Should I eat something or should I make myself wait until morning? The pizza was so good but maybe I just got so used to healthier food that now I feel like I've missed out on that today.

    Going over calories one day is a drop in the bucket in the grand scheme of things. If you are still truly hungry, then eat. If not, wait it out.
