Just curious as i can see my arms and legs toning but my stomach area seems to be the last to shed weight is this common when on a weight loss journey?
i've been training intense bootcamp sessions for 5 weeks now
this is a rough idea of what i do weekly
- Mondays 90 Mins of Arms circuit (ropes, weights, burpes etc)
- Tuesday 90 Mins of Legs Circuits (squats, lunges with weights 10kg -15kg dunbell or round weights etc)
- Wendesday 45mins of Abs class with 5-10kg weight
- Thursdays 90 mins of Boxing with gloves and pad
- Saturday 45mins Full Body HIIT spritns warm up - the full body workouts
- SUNDAY REST

I thought it was, then I met my butt and thighs.
Seriously, it varies from person to person. Definitely my midsection is where my body likes to carry fat, but as it's been coming off my tummy, I've realized that it's not the last place I lose - it's my backside/upper legs.
Small calorie deficit and patience and it comes off.0
