Calorie deficit

I am in about my fifth week of tracking and have come to a standstill.
I know that I will have weeks where I don't lose much or not at all, but I have worked extra hard this last week, and felt like I should lose something.
Calories eaten for week 9440 at ave 1348
Exercise 2818 at ave 402
Deficit for week 2800 calories.

I am 55 and 165 cm.
Can anyone give me advice? Am I not eating enough?

How long has it been since you last lost weight?

So you increased your activity/intensity.. which means you're probably retaining some water for muscle repair.... which can mask weight loss....

And ditto the previous poster... when was the last time you lost weight? A few days? A few weeks?

One week is not enough time to panic. Most people will not get the same results week after week due to water, sodium, bowels, hormones, etc. Since you are losing then keep on your plan and allow nature to take its course.

Ok.... you're not at a standstill. It's been a week, at most. You have to give weight loss time. You should only begin to worry when it's been like 4+ weeks since you've last lost. You've still had a really healthy loss. Just keep going and it will happen. Have some patience.

Weight loss is not linear. Averaging .75 pounds a week is nothing to be concerned about. You'll be fine.
