I have tried to cut a lot of the meats out of my diet. I have had a laps once with hot dogs, how can you pass on a Nathans. We I have found that foods like Boca have tons of sodium. I blew out my allowance of sodium and sugar today by well over 1200. That is with egg beaters, Boca breakfast sausage patties and Tortilla Soup. Then the 2 hot dogs. I am just going to have a apple as the evening snack and take the sugar hit. I usually am well under sugar, sodium, and even a few hundred under on calories. Lesson learned there, watch out for the vegetarian stuff. Back to smoothies for breakfast and will just take a sugar hit instead of all the sodium.

I have the same issue as well. It's easy to make your own black bean patties and freeze them instead of the boca products. I am almost always over on sugar but that's the last of the processed foods I am trying to give up. Good luck on your weight loss journey!0
