Super easy and quick for a weeknight meal. Not too sweet, but you could add a little brown sugar if you think it needs it. Hubby and I enjoyed this tonight:

16 oz 85% lean ground beef
150 g diced onion
100 g diced mushrooms (I used baby bellas, but any will work)
4-5 cloves (16 g) crushed fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
2/3 cup ketchup (I used Hunt's Natural Ketchup)
1/2 tsp ancho chili powder
dash cinnamon
1/4 tsp cumin
ground black pepper to taste

Brown the beef, onions, mushrooms, and fresh garlic. Add spices, ketchup, and mustard. I added about 1/2 c of water as well since it was pretty thick.

If 6 servings (for my recipe, worked out to about 4.75 oz per serving), about 200 calories per serving. Served on bun/bread of choice if desired.

Sounds good. Sometimes put a dash of cinnamon in chili too. Just that something extra. Thank you..
