Hey everyone! I'm Hailey :)

I am a high school student and my name is Hailey. I am currently 5'5" and 129.6 pounds. I know, it is a healthy weight. But water skiing requires being light and fit. I am not looking to lose a ton of weight, but 10 pounds or so would be nice. I also play soccer and love to go biking on the trails.

I do however need a couple tips, because I'm new to this (and a couple people to keep me motivated who are on the same boat).
*Do you know of any low calorie foods that are HEALTHY for you?
*What are some good exercises to do when it snows?
*How many calories do you take in a day to lose weight?
*What is your personal HEALTHY eating plan during the day (like what do you eat)?
*Any good work outs for your abs and thighs?

Sorry for all the questions, if you can't/don't want to answer all/any, that is perfectly fine. :)
