Yoga when Sick

So I have a problem when it comes to maintaining a healthy lifestyle because right when I get on board with my exercise and clean eating I get sick. >.< I get sick a lot and it always throwing me off. Is it beneficial to do yoga when sick if I have enough energy or should I just lay in bed?
