Smoothie Recipes

Hey everyone! I've been looking everywhere for "normal" yet healthy smoothie recipes. I'm really not into the smoothies that contain things like kale, starwberries and spinach, or cucumber and beets or that kind of thing (yes I have tried them and I'm not too fond of them). I'm looking for recipes that are healthy and are basic or "creative" (I seen a pumkin pie smoothie somewhere). Thanks everyone and keep up the good work! :)

    My favorite smoothie is this one that I found on worldlifestyle.com

    Bikini Model’s Go-To Protein Detox Shake
    1 scoop protein powder (Christine’s recommendation: MGN Pure Isolate)
    1 cup kale or mixed greens
    1⁄2 cup strawberries
    8 ounces almond milk
    Directions:
    First, add kale/greens into blender (or blender cup), along with strawberries and almond milk.
    Blend for 15 seconds, then add scoop of protein, and blend for another 15 seconds.
    293 calories, 6g fat, 27g carbohydrates, 7g sugar, 32g protein, 291mg sodium

    I always go to the website because they have a lot of unique but simple recipe ideas.

    So...smoothies with kale or spinach aren't normal? huh?

    This is what I had this morning-
    2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
    1cup fat free organic vanilla yogurt
    8 oz Trop 50 orange juice
    1 banana

    Makes 2 large smoothies

    Really sweet and creamy without a lot of calories!

    The smoothie I've made the past 2 days is just a banana, some frozen mango chunks, spinach (I swear, you REALLY cannot taste the spinach at all), and a tbsp of chia seeds. Then just however much water my blender needs to get it to blend!

    I keep mine very simple

    1- scoop vanilla whey power of choice
    1 cup - spinach
    ice and water (enough to make it blend)

    a nice St. Patty's day add on here
    everything above plus
    1/4 tsp peppermint extract
    2 tbsp pistachio pudding powder

  • 1 Scoop NLA Whey Protein Vanilla Cupcake
    1 Whole Banana
    1 Cup Almond Milk
    1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
