Your calorie intake looks fine from what I can tell. Are you having a hard time losing? Take into account 4 things....
1. sodium intake versus how much water you drink
2. weight can fluctuate for no real certain reason within 3-5 lbs (especially for women)
3. muscle gain (which is good) weighs more than fat
4. if you eat too below your calories (including exercise calories) you can gain weight
I am not sure what your reason for asking us if you should lower your cals, but from what your diary shows your doing fine. I hope my response helps!0 -
Personally I think you should be eating a bit more....the body goes into starvation mode if you dont eat 1200 cals a day which slows your metabolism......easy was to check is click on the button at the bottom of you food diary that says something like your done for the day.....it will tell you if you didn't eat enough cals for the day.0

thanks for looking, i was just worried, that i have gone over the 1200 nearly every day! i know i am exercising, but i thought that possibly i should stick to 1200 regardless of exercise.
i have been making sure i drink my 2 ltrs, altho i havent been logging that!0 -
Looking at your diary I'm going to say no. Don't reduce your calories. It looks like you're at the 1200 minimum on days you don't exercise and it appears you don't meet 1200 most days. If you want to switch anything up I'd suggest laying off the simple carbs (bread) and bulking up your diet with more veggies and complex carbs like quinoa, whole oats etc and adding protien to EVERY meal.
Hope this is helpful!

It looks like your profile is set to eat 1200 calories a day before exercise. You want to make sure to eat 1200 net calories a day. That means if you take the calories eaten and subtract your exercise you shouldn't be below 1200 calories. If you are you need to eat more. If you are having a hard time loosing, try reducing the amount of refined sugar you eat and have more fruits and veggies.

Change your white bread to whole wheat or double fiber bread; add more protein, anything white turns to sugar (bread, pot, yogurt). Yogurt can be very deceiving, full of sugar, try cottage cheese instead also has a more protein. It does'nt look like you eat alot though.0
