I'm tracking my weight and starting to watch my diet for my baby. Was thin before, bed rest caused weight gain. Now off bed rest. Need to get back on track. please add :) need support also wouldn't mind meeting some other expecting mother's working towards a healthy pregnancy!

    Adding & pregnant. I 've been extremely fatigued, nauseas, & vomiting so this is the longest I haven't worked out in forever. I'm on 12hr shifts and pregnant there is no way I have the energy to workout on work days! I also have to take a physical fitness test 6 months after birth.......timed run, push ups, sit ups, waist measurement, weight/BMI :/ Yeah so when people tell me weight shouldn't be the biggest concern when pregnant, for me it is because I'm the only income in my house right now & need to keep my job. Could use some fit/health minded preggy friends :)
