Is there anything wrong with this? Am I inviting a burnout? Is this too much?

I've heard a few people seriously injure their knees doing Insanity so be careful not to overdo it.0

You've got to give yourself time to recover. No exercise at all is no good, but over exercising is bad for you too. Maybe just stick to one program at a time. And make sure to give yourself some free days. Good luck!0

You're not risking burnout so much as injury and/or over-training. You'll get the most out of them through a hybrid or doing them one at a time.0

You are going to screw something up and badly. You are going to injure yourself. Pick one and do only that one.0

What is your fitness level? That is an important question too. I have been doing a p90x insanity hybrid for a few months now and love it. Basically I do the p90x strengths with the insanity workouts in place of plyo and kenpo (which become too easy after several rounds of p90x). Even the doubles p90x workout you only do doubles on the strength days. I think you are either going to injure yourself or burnout, unless you are already in tremendous shape and need something more difficult.0

I've been doing ChaLean Extreme and Insanity for a few weeks, and have ended up with a sore knee (to the point where I had to take a week off from Insanity) and feeling totally burnt out. I would just choose one, or do a hybrid. That's my new plan.0

My only question is why?
What do you hope to achieve from this?
If it is fitness, there are a lot better/more efficent ways to achieve this with less risk of injury.0
