I was so reluctant to go to a gym. I had talked myself out of it for quite some time. As some of you know I have been a little (ok a lot sick) today was the first day I felt like exercising. I came home from work and sat down for awhile and all of the sudden it hit me. Get up and go, see if it is really as bad as you have imagined. It was wonderful! I only worked out for 35 minutes, my endurance is a little down from the pneumonia. I feel great though. I wished I could have done more, but I am sure I can increase it more tomorrow. I am actually looking forward to going back. Who would have thought? My plan is to get my endurance up a little over the next week to get completely over the pneumonia and then throw in weight training. I can't weight. After working out I have to say that I feel like I have to work for calories. I knew this wasn't going to be easy, but I am getting there. There is no limit to what I can do. I have put limitation on my physical capabilities for too long. I can't believe that a few month I actually told some one I was too out of shape to exercise. In hindsight I believe that was one of the most ridiculous things I have ever said. Sorry to ramble for soooo long, I am just a little excited!!:blushing:
