Netting 0-500 per day is wrong. You need to net your BMR at the very least. You are not eating enough to sustain your body if you slept for 24h a day. You will crash and burn at this rate, your BMR will lower, making it even harder to lose weight, and you may even start to gain on those few calories... A metabolic nightmare. Please read the topic someone linked to "how to get on your path to sexy pants" and do it the proper way.
