    pancakes

    and protein cheesecake.

I literally have 3 kinds of protein cheesecake cooling in my fridge. I'm praying that when I'm done here at work which should be an hour or so (work from home, I.T. guy for the win!) they are ready to devour.

And pancakes will be for lunch, lol.

    Coffee.

    Oh, seriously?

Um, avocados straight from the rind, a little bit of salt on it.

That and lowrey's microwave hot-and-spicy pork rinds. Holy cow, they're good!

Since I got my mandolin - homemade baked chips.

Also - been on udon noodles hard lately - simple too - just veggies and protein with them with an asian sauce.

Someone introduced me to shredding some zuchini into ground chicken/turkey to make "burgers" more moist and that was a game changer of late as well.
