Starting the 24 day advocare challenge on Tuesday-any helpful tips, recipes, advise, etc.. that might be helpful?!?!

    Stay strong, don't fall for temptations. My major problem was getting bored with plain chicken breasts. But search for 24 day Challenge Advocare Cookbook and I'm loving all the recipes I've tried so far :) If you do fall off the wagon, don't get discouraged!! I'm on day 16 and I honestly feel way better and have more energy. I've lost 8 lbs and I'm waiting to measure myself on my last day. Surround yourself with people who support you and forget the haters. Sometimes people need a mental kick to get them going, and this did it for me :)

    Sure.

    Save your money.
    Exactly this. You don't need Advocare/Herbalife/Visalus or any other snake-oil system to lose weight. Count your calories, get some exercise, and save your money to buy some new clothes or some new photography equipment for your fabulous self.

    I just ordered mine i heard the cleanse is great and this is a great way to jump start and cleanse your body

    Take it from a professional.............................all my clients at one time or another used a diet plan to lose weight. And now they see me because almost all of them are unsustainable long term. In most situations it's not what you're eating that is problem. It's HOW MUCH you're eating that is. And portion management is doable without having to spend extra money to learn it.
