Losing weight too quickly?

Losing weight rapidly is NOT a problem, SO LONG AS YOU ARE NOT STARVING YOURSELF. Everyone's body is different. Some put on muscle easier than others and some lose fat easier than others.
To make sure you're eating enough, I suggest eating at your goal weight's TDEE. So if you want to weigh 170, eat at maintenance for 170.0 -
Here's a weird one.
So I caved and gorged a ton over last weekend. Real bad. Gained like 6.5 or so pounds over the weekend (yeah, real bad). So I went up to around 177.
This week I've played by the rules, and today I'm at around 172.
That's weird to me. I've seen water weight fluctuations like that but not from food before. Very strange.0 -
