Broccoli and Feta cheese Quiche
This is a really easy and good tasting Quiche
I got the recipe from the back of a frozen broccoli bag
Thank you Apetit Broccoli!
300-400 g of Broccoli (it can be frozen or fresh)
200 g of Feta cheese in small cubes or crumble
200 g of cooking cream
2 Eggs
About 400 g of store bought frozen pie crust or you can make it from scratch.
Preheat oven to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Line pie pan with pie crust and bake in oven for 10 min.
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs with cooking cream and set aside.
Take the pie crust from the oven and put broccoli and feta in the hot crust.
Pour the cream/egg mixture over the broccoli and the feta.
Put the quiche back in the oven and bake for 25-30 min depending on your oven.
Take quiche out when the crust is beginning to look brown.
Enjoy!
