I'm recommending videos, because just showing me the exercise will not work -- I need someone yelling at me through a screen.

hulu has a lot of variety available for free under their 'health and wellness' TV genre, though you'll have to dig to find full-length episodes.

My favorites off of hulu are blogilates, fitness blender (soooo much variety there!), and the jillian michaels app.

There are also a lot you can torrent, if you're willing to risk the wrath of the law.

I'd recommend, if you're doing a lot of stuff at home, investing in two sets of weights (one light and one heavy) and a yoga mat. You can get all that for $25-30 at someplace like TJ Maxx. I'm using books right now instead of weights, which just doesn't have the same effect. I've also found that actually buying things makes me way more motivated to do the exercises associated (I don't want to do pre-bed yoga tonight... but I did spend $10 on this mat... so I may as well do it...)
