Hello fellow fitness pals!!!
I'm new to this and hope to be successful in losing nearly 2 stone.
I'd love to hear from you about your success stories and how you manage to lose weight and keep it off.
Health and cravings are my downfall so your support would be greatly appreciated and likewise I hope I can help any of you too.

  • Howdy.

    I am new as well. I joined a gym on Sunday and I love it. Granted its thought to start working out, but I feel so proud of myself when I leave the gym.

    Its cool that you can lose weight without exercising, but I am going to try and exercise at least 5 days a week.

    I wonder if I stay on plan everyday if I will def lose my goal of 2 pounds per week. I sure hope so.

    I can't wait for my first weigh in to see my progress.
