Jalapeno Powder?//Why have I NEVER heard of this? Need to find. I use siracha like most people use ketchup.0

new thing for me is easy and very high in protein
1 box Jello sugar free (your choice of flavor)
1 c skim or 1% milk
1/2 cup greek non-fat yogurt
1/2 cup fat free ricotta
I call it Jello Mousse. It hits the sweet spot, full of protein to fill you up. Am currently eating cheesecake flavor but have used chocolate, pistachio, butterscotch and white chocolate. A tsp of jelly or preserved swirled in a serving is alos yummy.0 -
