Lightyly Active = 1900
Calories Consumed=1700
Excercise Calories = 300

Would the net calories be 1200?

    Net would be 1400, would it not?

    Your net is just what you consumed minus what you burned.

    Thanks, i thought i would have to add the 200 from the 1900 in which i burned aswell ;)...
