Hi!

Just started using this site over the weekend. I want to drop 20 lbs. I'm looking forward to meeting some folks to stay the course when I hit rough patches and lose motivation! My initial question is: How do keep on keeping on and not let the newness of a new routine, system, etc., fade away (aka New Year's Resolutions!) before you reach your goal?

    If you're eating foods you love and engaging in activities you love, it won't wear off. Find those foods and those activities and you'll be in it for the long haul.
