    would you rather spend eternity in a small room with your friends (nowhere to escape to, not even a bathroom... well there is a bathroom but it's not private) or be trapped on a desert island all alone with no internet connection?

    I'd choose the desert even I I hate it as I would never want to go to a bathroom that's not private..

    bus/train.... it's likely to have more germs that come from dirt and grime on the ground outside, while the pub bathroom floor is more likely to have germs from poop or vomit... the latter is far more likely to contain pathogens that infect humans than regular dirt on the ground is. Unless you live somewhere that dogs are allowed to poop freely on the streets, then probably the pub's a better bet as some really nasty pathogens exist in dog sh** (some that can cause blindness even) while a bout of gastroenteritis caught from another human is probably less likely to do long term damage.
