Hey Everyone,
I did some crunches on the machine at the gym and tried to up my weight. It hurt, so I went pack down.
Since then, I have had pain on the right side. Sometimes it is in the middle, under my ribs. Sometimes it is at the bottom of my rib cage. The area feels a bit warm to the touch. it is a dull ache and comes and goes. I have liver issues, but my blood test on Monday showed normal liver enzymes, so my doc doesn't think it's my liver. Does it sound like a pulled muscle to you?
Thanks!

I've strained my abdominals before. How does it feel when you lay down?
For me it felt like everything was tearing, and then complete relief.0 -
I never have the feeling when laying down. It hurts when I stand or sit up, but relief when I lay down.0
