So! I've been up and down my weight for the past 10 years (yikes) lol
I recently joined the gym and I am loving it! I know, shouldn't be killing myself (which believe me, I am not) but I do enjoy the classes, makes my day :)
My current weight is 202 lbs as per last Friday, hoping to be around 180 lbs by the end of the summer (not sure if this is realistic) but that will be awesome! :love:
Long term goal, 135-140 lbs and feel fantastic about myself :) maybe I will stop before that, but I just want to feel good about my body AND like myself when I am naked lol (yes I've said it, I think most of us want the same)
Any help, tips and even if you want to be my friend for mutual support is appreciated and welcomed :bigsmile:
